Currently Loving: Skin & Hair Edition
Hello, hello! One more day til the weekend! I hope you like the new Thursday post, it seems better to do a Monday/Thursday instead of 3 times a week. We’ll see how it goes! If you have any exciting weekend plans comment on this post and tell me all about it! Today I’m sharing part two of my Currently Loving post, the skin & hair edition. As usual, I will link all the products below so you can see them for yourselves.

We’re still taking suggestions and requests for the new resource library, so if there’s something you’d like to see there just drop us a note here in the comments section or in the contact tab at the top of the blog! Thanks!

Currently Loving: Skin & Hair Edition

Dr. Jart Water Drop Hydrating Moisturizer

This is a perfect moisturizer for day time and night time (in my opinion). It’s perfect for all skin types, it’s lightweight and brightening! You need to try this if you’re looking for a moisturizer to give you a healthy glow and a huge shot of moisture. You can shop the moisturizer here.

Ren Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial with water activated Vitamin C

First of all, anything I can get accomplished in 1 minute is a guaranteed must-try for this mama. I love that it’s so quick and easy to use this! I am a huge fan of products with vitamin C because it instantly brightens and over time, evens skin tone. Okay so this feels like a super fine microdermabrasion scrub at first, you apply it (in a circular motion) to your face after cleansing. Then, add water to activate the vitamin C, wait one minute, then rinse off. My face is bright and refreshed after, I love this! How can you go wrong with being able to get a 1 min facial at home!? It does have 10% vitamin C so it’s not recommended for sensitive skin. You can shop Ren’s 1 Min Facial here.

Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm

I love this eye cream! What I look for in both an eye cream and a moisturizer is something that’s going to make me look more awake and glowy. This eye balm/cream is specifically for brightening, de-puffing, and hydrating. My under eye area feels so hydrated, healthy, smooth and bright after using this (I apply it to my whole orbital bone area, the bone around the eye)! My favorite part is that it actually primes your under eye area for makeup too. I have the 15ml size cream and it is seriously going to last me forever. What’s your favorite under eye cream? You can take a peek at this Algenist one here.

It Haircare 12-in-One

I have always been an It’s a 10 fan, until now. It’s a 10 is an awesome brand and I love their leave in treatment but this stuff is JUST as good, if not better and like half the price (yesssss please). If you aren’t familiar with these types of leave-in treatments, they’re amazing. You apply a dime size amount to towel dried hair and it has a bunch of benefits like heat protection, repairs damage, stops frizz, smooths, shines, detangler, etc. You can shop It Haircare here!ย They also have a ton of other products like shampoo, conditioner, and dry shampoo that I really want to try.

Living Proof Night Cap

I’ve always used coconut oil as an overnight hair conditioner & this is a perfect product to rotate in! I love the smell of Living Proof products so it’s something that I don’t mind going to sleep with on my head. I like using an overnight product because it’s literally working while you sleep. It’s best to use this on either your second or third-day hair (when you plan on washing it in the morning anyway). This leaves my hair feeling restored and super soft. The only issue I’ve ever had with Living Proof is the price, but if you use this in a rotation (and not every time) it will last quite awhile! You can shop this night cap, overnight protector, here.

Phew, so there are all my hair and skincare favorites (at the moment). Comment with your current obsessions & don’t forget to let us know what you’d love to see in the free resource library coming soon!
