Today I’m talking about essential oils for allergies | essential oil inhaler. I never got seasonal allergies, hay fever, before having kids. It’s like something happens in your body and weird stuff starts happening after you get pregnant. Anyone else? Anyways, I’ve been doing these things to help minimize my allergy symptoms for a couple of years now. My favorite ways to use oils of allergies are in an essential oil roller and in my Füm essential oil inhaler, I’m also sharing the third way to use essential oils though, even though I don’t ingest them regularly.
