Hey, hey! Happy Friday! I hope your week went by fast, today is the Friday we’ve been waiting for because it’s the Friday we get to put up our Christmas tree! When do you put your tree and decorations up? We do the second weekend in November because I feel like it’s not “jumping the gun” but it’s also easily enough to enjoy all holiday season.
Today’s Friday 5 are five things I’ve been loving at the diaper changing station. With the second baby we’ve learned what to splurge on, and what isn’t really necessary.
Friday 5 | Changing Table Essentials
1. Johnson’s Baby Lotion – Scented
Did you know Johnson’s recently reformulated there lines? They are now safer than ever and I’m so excited! You can check out this IG post to learn more (I talked about it a couple of weeks ago).
2. Dove Baby Lotion – Unscented
I like having an unscented lotion option too. This one I use every time I change her, she’s usually really dry and going into the winter months it’s only going to get worse.
3. Burt’s Bees Baby Diaper Cream
This is more of a splurge item for me I guess (it’s a little more than a generic or destin, etc) but it’s worth it to me because of the ingredients and how well it works.
4. Devita Baby Powder
This is a newer brand to me this time around and so far I’m loving it. They’re safe, vegan, cruelty-free, and natural. I shared more of their products here. This powder is talc free and enhanced with probiotics.
5. Pampers Aqua Pure Wipes
These are my favorite wipes I’ve tried so far on my mom journey. They are thick, super soft and 99% water. I also love the packaging and that only one wipe pops up at a time. The other ones I use regularly are the Pampers Sensitive wipes. Mom Tip: these are a little more expensive than I’d prefer to pay so I make sure to look for sales and coupons, or use gift cards for them when I have them.
