Happy Weekend, friends! I know today is Saturday but I had a good Friday 5 planned that never got published. Today I’m sharing 5 essential oils and blends you need this fall. We have completely changed the way we live with oils and clean products. This year has been a great one for health & wellness. Watch my 7-month essential oil update right here.
Friday 5 | Essential Oils for Fall
The kidscents rollers took me a while to get on board with. 1. they are kind of expensive 2. I like making my own rollers. BUT these are so super convenient and are made with oils that I don’t have/oils that are just perfect for each blend. We got the Snifflease roller for free last month and I am beyond grateful. We have used it at least every other day since getting it. It’s just the season for sniffles and coughs so this keeps all the germies at bay.
This is my secret weapon for colds and sickness, along with the other things I amp up when I feel like I’m getting sick. It’s packed full of goodness like oregano and thieves to fight off fall germs.
I can’t live without my allergy roller and especially during the change of seasons. It’s made with peppermint, lavender, and lemon. I roll it on my nose and chest every day that I have allergy stuff (stuffy nose, itchy eyes, etc)
Thieves essential oil is the oil of fall. It smells amazing and has amazing health and wellness benefits. The blend is made of lemon, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary. I use it in so so so many things like, handsoap, wellness rollers, diffuser blends, hand sanitizer, dish soap, laundry soap, and more.
Pumpkin Spice Room Spray
This one is for all the basic bees like me. Pumpkin-everything fills our home in the fall and this spray does not disappoint. Here’s the blend: equal parts clove, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, ginger, orange (sometimes I add thieves or more cinnamon bark to make it spicier).
It’s only $165 for 12 oils, a diffuser, and more! That is everything you need to jump in and get oily! Plus you’ll have me to hold your hand and walk you through everything. I also send a welcome package with lots of info and oily goodness. LET’S DO THIS!
What have you been using nonstop this fall? Thanks for reading!
