How to stimulate lymphatic system with essential oils

Today I’m sharing a video on a topic I get really excited about, how to stimulate the lymphatic system with essential oils. Sharing symptoms of sluggish lymph, massages, and other things I do to support my lymphatic system. I have all of the things I talk about linked below, let me know if you have any questions about the things I talked about. These are things that I am learning and implementing in my own routines. I am not a medical doctor and this is not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor before changing something or trying something new.

What is your lymphatic system?

Your lymphatic system is to some considered to be your secondary circulatory system. It’s the sanitation and recycling system of your body. It is like the set of pipes in your body that removes excess waste. It’s twice as vast as the cardiovascular system but it doesn’t have a central pump like the heart to move the fluid around. Lymph flows in only one direction, towards your heart. It relies on the pulsing of arteries, muscle contractions, and breathing. That’s why self-massage breath work and exercise are valuable to good lymphatic health. It’s an essential part of your immune system producing white blood cells with the power to destroy harmful pathogens. Ask as a garbage collector filtering out bacteria toxins that can cause disease. It aids in the digestive system by absorbing fat and fatty acids from your gut and transporting them back into the bloodstream. And finally, it maintains the fluid balance in your body by collecting purifying, and draining excess fluids so your tissues don’t swell.Ā Mostly from The Book of Lymph.
