Hello, friends! I hope you are having a good start to your week, Happy Monday. I think I am going to start a new series: You Need to Throw This in Your Makeup Bag. It will basically be some really good things I find that everyone needs to put in their purse or makeup bag. I am such a huge fan of multitasking products (aka products you can use for more than one thing). As a mom having these types of products saves me time and as a beauty hoarder, it saves me a lot of space.

Today’s post is all about Waxelene, an alternative to petroleum jelly and possibly coconut oil. First I will share the ingredient list which is just organic soy oil, beeswax, vitamin E oil, and organic rosemary oil. The main reasons I use products like this are for dry skin & cuticles, chapped lips, diaper rashes, making sugar scrubs, and chaffing but the list seriously goes on and on. You can read all the uses for Waxelene here.

I have been using coconut oil for a lot of these things and I have to say, carrying around a tube of Waxelene is a lot more convenient than a big jar of oil.

I love that it comes in different containers so you can have a big jar for the nursery, a small one for your vanity, and a tube for your purse. They also have a lip balm tube and that comes in peppermint too which is really nice.

So why should you use this instead of other similar products? It’s petroleum-free, not tested on animals, biodegradable, made in the USA, and they donate 1% of profits. It also is breathable so it won’t clog your pores. I am a huge fan of all-purpose products like this, are you? What are your favorites?

Thanks so much for reading today! Have a great week!

Xx, T
