saje essential oils honest review

Welcome back, friends! Today, I’m diving into an honest review of Saje Essential Oils. Saje is a brand that I’ve explored before, and I’m excited to share my thoughts with you. If you’re curious about my previous experiences, I’ll link that video here. Now, let’s get started with saje essential oils honest review.

A Quick Look at Saje

Saje is a Canadian company known for its diverse range of essential oil products. Their website, saje.com, showcases an impressive variety, from diffuser blends and kits to roll-ons, room sprays, home cleaning products, and even body and skincare items. If you’re not into DIY, you’ll appreciate their ready-to-use products, especially their pre-made diluted rollers.

Product Range

Saje offers a wide array of products tailored to different needs. They categorize their products by concerns such as pain, sleep, stress, mind, cold and cough, energy, and even gut health. I particularly love their “Gutsy” blend for stomach issues. It contains fennel, peppermint, Roman chamomile, black pepper, and myrrh, which are effective for digestive comfort.

Educational Resources

One of the highlights of Saje’s website is their extensive educational content. They provide specific safety information, a blog with in-depth articles, and guides on using essential oils with pets and kids. Their blog stands out with its research-backed articles, which is a significant plus for anyone seeking reliable information.

Transparency and Testing

Transparency is a critical factor for me when choosing essential oil brands. Saje claims to test their oils, but I couldn’t find their test results on their website. In today’s market, providing easy access to test results is crucial for building trust with consumers. Without this transparency, it’s challenging to fully trust the quality of their oils.

Pricing Comparison

Saje’s pricing is another point to consider. For example, their 10ml bottle of Rosemary essential oil is priced at $23, which is significantly higher than Revive’s $9 for the same size. This pricing is comparable to Young Living, which I find too expensive. High prices without readily available test results make it difficult for me to justify the cost.

Sourcing Practices

Saje provides some information about their ingredient sourcing, but it’s not as detailed as I’d like. Knowing where the oils come from and how they are sourced is vital for ensuring quality and sustainability. More transparency in this area would be beneficial.

Kits and Ready-to-Use Products

Saje excels in offering convenient kits and ready-to-use products. Their Pocket Pharmacy, which includes blends like Peppermint Halo, is a great example. These kits are perfect for those who prefer an all-in-one solution for their essential oil needs.

Safety Information

Saje provides specific safety information for each essential oil, which is fantastic. For instance, they include details about the phototoxicity of bergamot oil, advising against sun exposure after application. This level of detail is essential for safe usage.

Final Thoughts

In summary, Saje is a reputable brand with a broad product range and strong educational resources. However, their high prices and lack of transparency regarding test results are significant drawbacks for me. While I won’t be adding Saje to my list of favorite brands, I acknowledge that many people appreciate their products.

If you’re comfortable with their pricing and don’t mind the lack of test results, Saje could be a good option for you. As always, I encourage you to do your research and choose the brand that best fits your needs.
