In all seriousness, it has been the best back-to-school week we've ever had, something just feels so right and so peaceful. When you follow what the Lord is calling you to do those feelings will follow. We will have lots of bad days and challenges, but we're so happy with our decision to homeschool. If God has laid something on your heart, don't push it away – lean in. Don't be scared to failure or what others will think. His plan is always better.

I just finished my 6 week challenge at @theyardgym_grandhaven so I want to share my experience!
WHAT IT WAS:
Weighing in, setting goals and joining a community of people doing the same thing (we’re not meant to do things alone!). 6 weeks of intentional eating and workouts - working towards my goal of decreasing fat % and increasing muscle % and I’m so excited bc I did meet my goals! Fat % down 4.2% and muscle up 2lb. I feel stronger and can’t wait to keep going.
MY TAKEAWAYS:
1. I CAN do hard things, these workouts are HARD but as soon as you’re done you enter a new level of confidence and grow mentally
2. Eating SHOULD be intentional and you should always have goals not just for weight or body image but for HEALTH
3. doing things together / in community is always better
4. I love The Yard Gym so much
5. Planning is everything
With ALL of that being said, do the hard thing. Do the things that are out of your comfort zone, do the things that you think are too scary. There’s so much on the other side of the fear. Happy #motivationmonday ✨🦋
