I’ve tried sooo many things and honestly, the thing I think is most important is getting a good, simple skincare routine and stick with it no matter what. Definitely the food we eat plays a big role in the clarity of our skin which can be fustrating because It’s hard enough controlling what we eat for health purpose but to also know the food breaks us out is a major downer haha. x
