Top Essential Oils for Travel: Must-Have Blends for Every Adventure

Traveling is exciting, but it can also come with its own set of challenges—exposure to germs, stress, minor injuries, and changes in routine. Essential oils are a great way to support your body and mind while on the go. Whether you’re flying, road-tripping, or heading on a weekend getaway, these travel-friendly blends will keep you feeling your best. Here is Top Essential Oils for Travel: Must-Have Blends for Every Adventure.

1. Immune Support Roller

Keeping your immune system strong while traveling is key. Start by upping your vitamin C and Elderberry a few day before travel, eat clean foods, stay active and cut the sugar. You can also diffuse an “immune” blend and make a roller to bring along with you. All essential oil companies have a blend for this purpose or you can make your own with the recipe below.

  • 10 drops Frankincense
  • 10 drops Lemon
  • 10 drops Tea Tree
  • 10 drops Oregano
  • Fill the rest with a carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil) in a 10ml roller bottle.

💡 How to Use: Roll onto the bottoms of your feet, along the spine, or on your wrists daily for support.
