What are Probiotics? & Why I Use Them

We all have a microbiome, this is our body’s ecosystem. Our microbial cells outnumber our human cells 10:1. This is why it’s important to keep our microbiome balanced. Another important note is that your probiotics need to get down to your gut, a lot of the capsules made by different brands don’t make it past your stomach acid because of how the capsule is made. Hyperbiotics capsules are made with BIO-tract® technology which means more of the probiotics get to the gut.

I’m also such a huge fan of Hyperbiotics because they are so helpful! They have a ton of information all about probiotics on their website and they have a healthy living blog. Here is a little info straight from the website.

Probiotics & Prebiotic

I rotate a few different formulas depending on the day, I’ve tried almost all of the formulas. They have one for everyone, even kids & pets! Probiotic Toothpaste

I just started using the Hyperbiotics toothpaste as well! It’s a newer product and also has a ton of benefits. Did you know some toothpaste with artificial chemicals, detergents, and foaming agents can strip your mouth of crucial microbes? This toothpaste includes activated charcoal to whiten your teeth and balance your oral pH, as well as L. paracasei, organic coconut oil, and xylitol to promote healthy mouth flora.
